sushi zanmai, again

at first i thought of writing one whole post just about you and dedicate it to you. but, err, i have zero inspiration. so now your only choice is to be a bit more patient and i will write about you, soon. i know i promised you like many many months ago to write about you, but, knowing me, you still have to wait.

yes, i'm talking about you. miss ah leng!

the bombshell.

okay, so we celebrated her 19th birthday that day, at sushi zanmai. actually it was supposed to be a surprise birthday dinner where ah loo and jared will appear out of nowhere. but somehow we failed and it wasn't as surprise as what it was supposed to be. but it was fun, still.

so, blame who? blame jared for accidentally showing ah leng my sms to him. or maybe i should blame myself for sms-ing jared at the wrong time. or maybe it was the lie, 'cause i lied to leng that loo has left to taiwan to further her studies without telling us because she has forgotten about our friendship. i know it sounded quite ridiculous but leng did believe what i said at first and then only she started suspecting that there was something on. but anyway, leng was also quite surprised to see the both of them appeared out of a sudden even though she was a bit suspicious at first.

oh well, the dinner was good.

the culprit acting emo.

looking shocked?
with her most ridiculous lie.

the bday girl with her pink cake.

the other july baby.

the oh-so-sweet couple.

the only thing we like about any japanese restaurants is that we get to put lots of wasabi into the sushi and feed one another. i remember it was two years ago, me and leng actually stuff in so much wasabi into the sushi and cause ah loo to tear like mad after eating it. omg, we are still doing this after so many years.

this is how we kill ah loo's tastebud.

ah sa, ah leng, ah loo

speaking of our friendship, i have known these two girls for more than 10 years already. i still remember how we used to fool around when we were still kids, how we would listen to each others problems and be there for one another, how we would go crazy when we saw any random cute guys on the street. trust me, you don't want to know how bimbotic we were back then. haha. those memories are always in my mind. omg, i miss those moments man!

i would say, the best thing about us is that we are still very close although we don't meet each other that often anymore. i do hope that our friendship will stay strong and i love you girls!

look at her smile,

she must be very happy that night.

:)
