chill, chill, stress go away

beginnings are scary.
endings are usually sad,
but it's what's in the middle that counts.
so, when you find yourself at the beginning,
just give hope a chance to float up.
and it will.

when i'm stress.

swimmin
g, it's the best way to start my day.

woke up at 7-ish and went for a swim with my sis early this morning. the water is so so so cold. but i like it. hehe.

guess why i said swimming is the best way to start my day?

cos firstly, i would wake up earlier just to go for a swim even there's no morning class on tuesdays. so if i could wake up earlier, then i would have more time to do some revision at home before i left home for college.

secondly, swimming just makes my mind clearer and i just feel so relax and stress-less when i'm in the pool.

thirdly, when my mind is clear and have more time for revision, i don't have to be worried about the upcoming exams.

fourthly, when i'm not stress, then all pimples on my face will be cleared and gone.

lastly and most importantly, i can lose weight.



isn't that good to go for a swim in the morning? yeah, that's good.
so from now onwards, whenever there's no morning classes, swimming will be the very first thing that i would do. go swim!
